Day 17

Coming close to ending the HCG drops at 21 days.. I Am down 12LBS In 17 days.. OCT 31 will be my last day on the drops. I have not reached my goal yet, but I Am choosing to stop the drops and start phase 3 which will increase my calories to 1500 a day and I am able to add back in my cheeses and more variety of proteins and fruits. And I want to get back to kickboxing classes 5 days a WEEK which i was unable to do on the drops with 500 calories being eaten. I plan still still eat NO SUGAR and STARCHY foods and stick with the phase 3 HCG meal plan..

I did 90 minutes of hot yoga last night.. It was pretty awesome. HOT!! but i really enjoyed it..

DAY 15

Still at it.. Doing good.. The weekend i had no loss.. I thank that to the fabulous MOTHER NATURE.. boo..

I am not always able to finish all my vegetables at dinner time... Just seems like too much at once.. But I eat as much as I can and try to finish..

 But as of today i am 10 LBS down!!!

159LBS!!!!

Day 10

I am down 7LBS. I am very happy about that.

I am still following the diet plan. But Did not eat all of my veggys today. I can tell that my stomach is shrinking on the inside as i am getting fuller faster. I have been drinking alot of water..

The temptations are all around, but I am staying strong and motivated.. I just keep thinking about the RESULTS and I wanna hear everyone say WOW you at you!! lol

Today was going great. .Was doing good..Went to dinner and did perfect except i did eat a small piece of bread.. Shame on me.. But I did good other then that..

Day 3

Stepped on the scale this morning and I am down 4LBS!! YAY ME!! Drinking my tea and it holds me over until lunch.

Lunch was chicken with cucumbers and cabbage..

Dinner was Beef stuffed tomatos..

Today was good...
Went to LA boxing...

RECIPE for Beef stuffed tomatos

100 grams lean ground beef
2 large tomatos(equals 2 cups vegs)
chili powder
garlic powder
onion

Mix the insides of the tomatos with groud beef and seasonings.
Cook...

Add cooked meat into tomatos and bake for 15-20 Minutes.

Day 2

Day 2 was a success..I feel good.. 
Went to LA Kickboxing tonight...
Found a new recipe to try tomorrow night..


Lunch: Crab and Tomatos
Dinner: Shrimp with Broccoli and Cauliflower.


Ha an apple as mid day snack and Orange after dinner.


Lot of water and tea...

Phase 2 Day 1

Starting weight: 169 LBS(yikes)
Waist 42.5 inches
BMI 31.2

I made myself some green tea this morning.. Drank alot of water. At noon I did a HOT YOGA CLASS. That wa different. HOT AND SWEATY.. lol.. But I liked it.. MY body felt more loose and pretty good after.

I took my first set of the HCG drops at about 12:40.
Then for lunch: Crab and Cucumber...

I later had my apple for a snack..
HCG drops..
Dinner was Cod and Spinach..

Ended the night with another apple and some tea..

DAY 1 and 2 PHASE 1

Phase 1 of the HCG is 2 days long.
During the first 2 days of this type of diet plan you are allowed to eat as much of any food as you like. Fatty foods are allowed and encouraged. Bacon cheeseburgers, avocados, pastries, ice cream, cheesecake, fatty meats, fried foods, whatever you want. The theory is that you need to store the fat and energy for the VLCD portion in Phase 2.


Day one started on Sunday October 9, 2011
 Day 2- Monday October 10, 2011..... I have eaten alot of food in these last 2 days as directed. I have enjoyed alot of my favorite foods, junk foods!!But I was cautious as I did not want to end up with an esophagus spasm or bad heartburn..  And after today I Am so ready to begin the HCG.

How does it work?
Most calorie counters know that one pound of fat is equivalent to 3,500 calories. Jogging one mile burns about 100 calories. If you're 50 pounds overweight, you need to jog from San Francisco to Dallas (1,750 miles) to mathematically burn 50 pounds. However, if weight were lost that easily, many more Americans would be jogging from coast to coast.
Many Americans work out regularly and burn the calories but can't seem to lose the weight. The reason why? They are burning the wrong calories.

To explain, there are three types of fats in the human body:
Structural fat: This fills the gaps between organs and acts as a sort of "packing material" for the body.
Normal reserves: The body draws upon this fat when nutritional intake is less than what the body demands.
Abnormal fat: Abnormal and excessive accumulations are fixed deposits of fats throughout the body and cause obesity. The body is unable to draw on this fat in emergencies.

When exercising or restricting food intake, the body relies on and consumes the normal fat reserves. The body cannot access the abnormal fat accumulations. The use of the HCG hormone releases abnormal fat deposits and makes the fat available for consumption by the body.

Patients lose about one pound per day. Because the HCG hormone makes the abnormal fat available, the body begins living off the fat — the fat provides a source of energy, just as food does. Patients are instructed to reduce food to 500 calories per day, however, hunger is not noticed because 3,500 additional calories are consumed each day by the body. The results: patients lose about one pound per day while using the HCG hormone.
The program is based on "Simeon's Protocol," a weight-loss theory that utilizes the HCG hormone administered by self-injection. Combined with a strict diet and medical supervision, we have seen enormous success in those patients who are typically unable to lose weight despite strenuous exercise and any number of diets.
