Phase 2 Day 1

Starting weight: 169 LBS(yikes)
Waist 42.5 inches
BMI 31.2

I made myself some green tea this morning.. Drank alot of water. At noon I did a HOT YOGA CLASS. That wa different. HOT AND SWEATY.. lol.. But I liked it.. MY body felt more loose and pretty good after.

I took my first set of the HCG drops at about 12:40.
Then for lunch: Crab and Cucumber...

I later had my apple for a snack..
HCG drops..
Dinner was Cod and Spinach..

Ended the night with another apple and some tea..
