Day 22

I am off my HCG drops. I no longer want to be on the restricted 500 calorie diet. it worked great and I lost 12LBS. But I want a bigger variety of foods to eat. So my plan is to still eat healthy at 1500 calories leaving out the starches and sugars. I will avoid pastas and rice and breads..NO SWEETS!!  Eat lots of fruits and veggys.. And workout 5-6 days a week..

These last 2 days I did have a few pieces of Halloween candy. But as of tomorrow no more.. Got a tad off track the last 2 days, but back on track tomorrow..

I am going to try to stay back on the 100% healthy food track until Thanksgiving where i will ENJOY some yummy yummy foods!!!!!!!!!!!!!
